I just went over to your blog and here is my review on your blog.

1. Putting of many video on your main blog page would make your page load very slowly.
Consider reducing the number of videos.
2. Break your blog post using the page break function inside wordpress. You will encourage people to scroll through before making the decision to read which post first.
The concept is simple. We usually would scroll thru a blog before deciding to stay on to read or leave immediately. Give your reader a chance to at lest sroll thru. We seldom buy things at the first glance right?
3. Google Adsense. You should place it in the HOT zone. Check out google guide. Understand where is the hot zone. Place pictures smartly near the ads. This will increade click thru by 30%.
4. Get a professional header image to reflect your blog theme.
5. I am sure you do not need such a big RSS icon. Change it to something clickable. Like join our newsletter.
6. Why do you need a tag cloud? Ask yourself when is the last time you click on a keyword inside a tage cloud. Consider removing them.
7. Place catergory / recent post higher to encourage people have a general idea of what you’re posting about.
8. Having opt-in on the blog might not be a good choice unless you really have something so irresistible for people to opt it else consider removing it. Something irresistible is like “free membership to your 1000 ebooks collections with master reseller rights”, “500 USD discount to anthony robbins talk” or “MP3 CD on motivation”.
9. Find a unique angle in motivation and zoom in. Be different.
