I have just visited your blog. I believe you’re pretty new to blogging. Here is my review for you.

1. Remove Google adsense from your header. It doesn’t work this way. You need to give people a good reason to click on your ads.
2. Menu navigation is lacking in variety. About and RSS can be removed totally. See what other blogger use.
3. Again, another adsense ads. Place it inside the title would be better.
4. Your blog title says blog, earn money, SEO…etc…but what excatly are you into? Focus on one and zoom in would be better.
5. Seems like you’re fousing more on yourself than providing more real content for your blog reader.
6. I think I am reading alot on hosting. I guess this is not the correct way to promote hosting. A video would be a better way. Next is web design.
7. Where is your archive posts?
8. Can you see that the widget you install on your blog right hand top doesnt match any of your content at all? Therefore, I can predict there isn’t any sales occured.

Add more content before thinking adding more ads. Get people to trust you first. Then recommend them for valid reason.
